Declaration of Helsinki

What is this about?

Ethical Principles for Medical Research involving Human Subjects: A provision of 10 ethical principles to guide physicians in clinical research towards responsible and ethical human experimentation, always protecting those involved.

The first version of the declaration dates to 1964 but has been replaced. The only current official declaration of Helsinki is the 2013 version.
