Each year the University of Glasgow hands out four awards to recognize and celebrate activities which promote collegiality and contribute to a positive research culture at the University. This could be by acting as a role model or leading on initiatives to promote research integrity, open science, recognition for varied contributions to research and fair approaches to evaluation and collegiality.
