What is this about?
Janice Spencer conducts research on adolescents' contacts with juvenile justice system. After starting a second project assessing law enforcement's decision making concerning juveniles, she realises that her research covers many of the subjects studied in the first project. She decides to combine the data sets from the two projects as she believes it would provide much value, but realised that her consent procedures did not anticipate such possibility.
